1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
You received the wrong product.
The product is within the valid return period (2 days from the date of delivery).
⚠️ Please Note:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Prescription medicines are not eligible for return or refund unless delivered in error or found defective.
2. Return Procedure
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be processed as either:
Replacement (preferred, subject to stock availability), or
Refund (processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method).
4. Delivery & Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
